Spotlight on Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep posteral muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned, pilates is also a great way to relieve stress and tension.
Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow are deicated Pilates fans and the benefits are easy to see in their amazing figures. So, if your interested in having a flatter stomach and trimmer waist, improved flexibility, greater strength and muscle tone, better posture and lower stress levels, then Pilates could be the exercise for you.
Cafe West Pilates classes are every Tuesday 7pm to 8pm and cost £2.50 per session.
