Cafe West continues to strive to be the go-to organisation within the sector, supporting other charities or individuals with their passion to support, whilst ensuring we learn lessons ourselves and remain fit for purpose for the changing community we represent. 

We will continue to deliver and review services to the highest standards whilst ensuring financial stability. 

Café West is in a strong financial position, but we have a goal of generating 50% of our own income by 2030, an ambitious plan for an organisation of our size. However, nothing worth doing is easy.

We are continually looking to reduce costs and increase revenue while ensuring standards are maintained. We have plans for the development and expansion of current and new funders, including a £100,000 application for a solar and energy-saving programme, which could potentially save us £30,000 per year.
